Roadie Life Coaching with Nick Strand
Your Whole Life Revolves
Around The Road
Nobody in this industry built a system for that gap. This is it. Six sessions with a coach who was on that road for 20 years. Built for the people it doesn't revolve around.

The Reality
Nobody Built a System
for the Life Behind the Show.
The Dependency
Your Livelihood Isn't Yours
Your income, schedule, access, and reputation sit inside decisions made by vendors, agents, and promoters. Two relationships. Maybe three. That's the entire floor beneath you. When it drops, it drops without warning.
The Identity
You Don't Know Who You Are Off the Road
On tour you are one version of yourself. At home you are another. The longer you go, the harder it is to know which one is real. The tour ends. No one checks on the crew. You go back to your life and realize you're not sure where you left it.
The Relationships
Home Keeps Getting Harder to Come Back To
Birthdays over bad venue WiFi. Anniversaries in truck stops. You come back changed to people who stayed the same. The gap is real. Nobody in this industry ever gave you language for it, let alone a way to close it.
The Weight
Carrying Things Nobody Around You Can Hold
Things have happened on the road you've never talked about with anyone who would understand. The culture said push through. The schedule never allowed for processing. It stacks. Eventually it surfaces on its own terms.
The Business Gap
The Skills Are There. The System Isn't.
You make decisions under pressure most executives never face. But none of that transfers automatically into financial stability or something of your own. The income lives inside the gig. When the gig ends, so does the income.
The Transition
Nobody Prepares You for When It Ends
Whether you choose it or it chooses you, the day the touring stops is the day most roadies realize how much of their identity was wrapped up in the role. There is no roadmap. Nobody translates what you built on the road into what it's worth next.

Why Nick Strand
He's Not Coaching This From the Outside.
Nick Strand spent nearly 20 years in large-scale live touring production. He was in the trucks, in the venues, on the road with major artists, and in every conversation that happens when the cameras aren't rolling. He knows what it costs because he paid it.
At the same time, he was walking alongside his wife Brianna through 10 years of Cystic Fibrosis. He watched her choose her attitude every single day with a death sentence attached to her diagnosis. When she passed, her words became his mission: Choose Your Attitude, Create Your Life.
The professional extremes and the personal extremes ran at the same time. Never separately. That simultaneity is what makes this coaching different. Not borrowed insight. Proof under fire.
He is a certified life coach, a keynote speaker, and a two-time entrepreneur. He is not here to validate your pain. He is here to help you build something from it.
20 Years Live Touring Production
Large-scale arena and stadium tours. The industry, the culture, the chain of command, the financial reality. Lived at the highest level.
Author. Loss. Rebuilding.
Author of Loving Someone Who Is Dying. Understands identity loss, involuntary transition, and what it takes to choose a direction from inside a hard season.
Certified Life Coach
Trained, certified, and active. Every session is structured, intentional, and confidential. Professional coaching from someone who belongs to this world.
2-Time Entrepreneur
Built income and a brand inside the touring life. Knows what it takes to build something that belongs to you while still inside the grind.
500 Days Without a Tour
When the industry went dark, he had no safety net either. He rebuilt from the ground up. That experience informs every conversation about transition, instability, and identity outside the road.
-Built While Still on the Road
Every coaching conversation about building something while still in the grind is backed by this. Nick did not transition and then build. He built while he was still in it. Here is what he created while on the road simultaneously managing large-scale live touring production.
Fitness Program on the Road
Built a fitness system while touring — hotel room workouts, finding local gyms, guest passes, drop-in memberships, and staying consistent even through 20-hour days with no time.
Wrote a Book
Loving Someone Who Is Dying. Written during one of the most demanding professional seasons of his life. Published. The creative process ran alongside 16-hour load days and back-to-back tour legs.
Crafted the Illustration
Created original illustration work for the book and brand. Creative output in the margins of a production schedule that leaves no margins. Built anyway.
Launched a Podcast
The Choose Your Attitude podcast. Recorded, edited, and published from the road. Another output that required consistency from someone living the least consistent schedule that exists.
Apparel Brand
Launched Choose Your Attitude as a physical apparel brand. Product design, inventory, fulfillment, and customer relationships managed while simultaneously running touring production for major artists.
Personal Brand
Built The Nick Strand brand from the ground up while on the road. Coaching, keynote speaking, content systems, and a full digital ecosystem. All of it built in the gaps and margins of an industry that leaves none
Life Coaching Certification
Completed his life coaching certification while actively touring. Not after the road. During it. The credential was earned inside the same environment he now coaches people through.
Successful Transition
Left touring and doubled his income. Not a soft landing. A deliberate transition built on everything constructed during the years before it. The proof that the framework is not theory.
Everything above was built while still on the road. Not in sequence. Not after the tour ended. Simultaneously. That is the credibility behind every coaching conversation about building while you're still in it.
Fitness on the Road — Yes, This Is Part of the Coaching
If Staying Physically Grounded on the Road Matters to You, That Conversation Is Available.
Most coaches who talk about fitness have never tried to maintain it inside a 20-hour load day in a city they have never been to. Nick has. He built the system from the ground up: hotel room workouts that require nothing but a small amount of floor space, a protocol for finding and accessing local gyms in any city on short notice, and the most important piece, figuring out how to move your body on the days when the schedule says it is impossible.
The stress of the job, the stress of personal life, and physical health are not separate conversations. They stack. They interact. If fitness is part of what you want to work on, it belongs inside the coaching. At every level. From someone who figured it out in the same environment you are living in.
Also Speaking to Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs
Nick Is Now a Keynote Speaker on Resilience
Beyond the roadie world, Nick speaks to business leaders, founders, and teams about building a resilient foundation under pressure. His Build Your Stage framework (Attitude + Action = Impact) is delivered to organizations navigating change, burnout, and uncertainty. The same framework built on the road and in the hardest personal seasons of his life, now taught in boardrooms and on conference stages worldwide.

Who This Is For
One of Them Is You.This coaching is not for everyone in touring. It is for people who are ready to move and need a structure to do it. Read the six. One of them is you.

Pressure Without a Baseline
20+ Years In. Still Running.
"I've given everything to this industry and I don't know who I am outside of it. I don't know how much longer I can keep going at this pace."
Coaching Territory
The burnout is structural, not motivational. The identity has been the role for so long the person underneath it is hard to find. This is where we start.

Living the Dream. Falling Apart Privately.
"I'm on stage every night living the dream. And I'm completely falling apart privately. Nobody in my world knows how to talk about this."
Coaching Territory
The double life is not sustainable. Public persona consuming the private one. Relationships under spotlight pressure. Building integrity between both sides.

Knows It Can't Go Forever. No Blueprint Yet.
"I want to build something. I just don't know how to start and I don't have time to figure it out while I'm still in it."
Coaching Territory
Not a motivation problem. A structure problem. The skills are already there. What's missing is a framework built for the whiplash of the call dynamic.

Carrying Things Nobody Around Them Can See.
"Things have happened on the road I've never talked about with anyone who would get it. I'm carrying weight nobody around me can see."
Coaching Territory
The culture discouraged naming it. The schedule never allowed processing. It stacks. This is where it gets a structure so it stops running the show.

The Forced Transition
Didn't Choose This. The Road Did.
"I didn't choose this. The road chose it for me. Now I don't know who I am, what I'm building, or where to start."
Coaching Territory
The tour canceled. The industry shifted. The body gave out. No warning, no roadmap, no plan. The most urgent entry point. The one nobody else is building for.
