There is work between sessions. That is part of how this works. It is not a generic homework list. Every assignment is built around your specific situation and your actual schedule. If you are on tour, it fits the road. If you are home rebuilding, it fits that. The goal is for the work to be usable in the life you are actually living, not the life a coaching program assumes you have.
Is What I Say in Coaching Confidential?
Yes. Everything said in a coaching session stays in the coaching session. Full stop. Nothing you share is discussed with, passed to, or made available to anyone in the touring industry, any vendor, any production company, any artist camp, any mutual connection, or any third party of any kind.
